As part of PRIDE MONTH, Somerville Media Center – SMC and Assembly Row at Assembly Square celebrates our LGBTQ+ communities by presenting the movie screening of “Love, Simon (PG-13) on Saturday, June 15 at 7:00pm at Sylvester Baxter Riverfront State Park at Assembly Row.
Â
Movie description: “Everyone deserves a great love story, but for 17-year-old Simon Spier, it’s a little more complicated. He hasn’t told his family or friends that he’s gay, and he doesn’t know the identity of the anonymous classmate that he’s fallen for online. Resolving both issues proves hilarious, terrifying and life-changing.” “Love, Simon” is rated PG-13 for thematic elements, sexual referenced, language and teen partying.
