Come join us for a night under the stars watching original youth produced videos! Somerville Media Center will be hosting our fourth annual Out Takes Youth Film Festival on Thursday, August 15th, from 7-9pm at the Somerville Community Growing Center on 22 Vinal Ave.
We will be showing a selection of youth produced videos from the 2018-2019 school year and summer youth media program. The event is outdoors, so feel free to bring a lawn chair or a picnic blanket to spread out and get comfy. We will be serving free pizza for everyone attending, but we can’t guarantee how long it will last, so be sure to get there early for a spot and a slice!
We will also be polling our audience for their favorite shorts, and awarding a cash prize to the winner! Prizes will only be disbursed to youth who attend–so make sure to come, and bring friends!
