Casper’s passion for arts education was sparked by the connections and growth they experienced as a teen at the International Center of Photography in New York City. They received a bachelor’s degree in Visual and Environmental Studies from Harvard in 2020; currently, they’re pursuing a master’s degree in Museum Studies from Johns Hopkins University, with the long-term goal of contributing to the decolonization and democratization of art collections. Having previously taught at a Montessori school, Casper believes in choice-based, student-led learning, and they’re excited to support the creativity and individuality of each Youth Program participant.
