Post-Meridian Players will be reprising our original adaptation of “The Cask of Amontillado” at the Somerville Media Center’s pop-up performance space VOX POP in Assembly Square at 431 Artisan Way.
Naomi Ibasitas will be directing Mare Freed’s adaptation, which transplants Poe’s classic tale to the Roaring Twenties. Freed originally directed her own adaptation for PMRP as part of Tomes of Terror: Nevermore in 2014, and Ibasitas first directed it as part of Fort Point Theatre Channel’s Senses series on Halloween night in 2018.
