You’re shaping Somerville with your art: Do you want to help shape the Somerville Media Center by being a board member?
March 12 the membership of SMC will elect a member representative to the board. This person is elected to ensure the voices of all at SMC get heard at every level, including at periodic board meetings.
The position of member-rep is currently held by four members of the board: Yvette Wilks, Sam Baltrusis, Jason Pramas and Joe Lynch, who was also elected board president by members of the board. Lynch, who has served as a board member for six years, will be stepping down at the end of this, his second term, leaving a vacancy for a new member-representative.
